When the three tiers above are not enough — forecasting, procurement signals, bespoke decision support, deep ERP and multi-entity orchestration. From $35,000 AUD ex GST; many programmes land in the $35,000–$50,000+ range depending on depth, phased after discovery.

Regulated environments (health, finance, government) may need extra governance — flagged at discovery. FAQ explains how pilots differ from generic automation tools.

After implementation: optional ongoing intelligence & optimisation retainers — typically from $2,500/month ex GST (monitoring, tuning, incremental build) or from $5,000/month ex GST for a heavier embedded roadmap. Retainers are quoted only post–Tier 1–4 delivery.
