I am the principal consultant behind Yarli Data. You work with me directly on the stuck workflow, from the complimentary intro call through paid discovery and the first pilot your team can judge.
Through Yarli Data (since September 2021) I help Australian organisations with websites, web applications, integrations, and automation. That work now includes operational AI for quotes, CRM, documents, and reporting, with the same delivery discipline we use on large platforms: access controls, review points, and outcomes you can measure.
Recent enterprise delivery has included NSW Government programmes for cloud and data platforms, and large-scale citizen-facing digital services, where I served as Principal Data Engineer and Technical Lead on an AWS data platform, change-data-capture pipelines, and team uplift. I have also shipped data platform engineering for a major Australian bank. Earlier roles span global consulting, telecommunications, enterprise software, and leadership building a higher-education web portal with hybrid hosting.
I am Sydney based, with a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence (Deakin University), a Bachelor of Science, a postgraduate diploma in systems management, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect training. Hands-on work covers web platforms, WordPress, Next.js, React, cloud, and data platforms on AWS and Azure. Expect straightforward communication, realistic timelines, and delivery your team can keep running.
